How do you cook yours 

Usually just a simple saute'. When the margins get crispy, the flavor is reminiscent of potato chips.
It's funny I never used to like hens, but now they're one of my top 5 favorites.

Perfect puffball so thought I’d give it another try- just don’t love the “wet bread texture” when cooked like French toast- probably the last one I pick

Yeah the only way I care for them is sauteed in butter until they cook down and get a little crispy. I've tried marinating & grilling but it was gross

Those look like oysters but it's hard to tell how big they are without a size reference.

If they're 3-5" inches across then they're oysters that have possibly & unfortunately begun to turn bad.

If ł harvest a significant amount of that Chicken ł posted previously... What's the best way to store it long-term? 

Can ł vacuum seal it before freezing?

I just cut them into smaller pieces and freeze them fresh. Yes vacuum sealing is best.

The pic reminds me of Flammulina Velutipes which are the wild version of Enoki mushroom that are sometimes found in the grocery store. I can't be sure from the photo though
