I always look for venison cookbooks on flea markets. Some vendors want a pretty good buck for'em.

Yes I always looked forward to his show back on espn. There a very nice couple.

Met Peter and his wife, a few years ago at an outdoor show. He took the time to talk hunting with me and my grandson. Even gave my grandson a personally signed copy of his book. Great guy.

 Cynthia, cook up one of those recipe's, and have us all come over for dinner!  I'll bring a nice bottle of red wine!!!
