Local kid shoots a giant 8

Was on nyantler and scrolling through the deer shot this year, and hey I know this kid . Phil Higbie . My boys went to school with him and his older brother. Congrats to him, I remember him being a good kid .

The deer is from Steuben County, not sure of the town though?

If the kid killed it locally, it could easily be Campbell, Savona, Thurston or maybe even Bath...

They live in Savona.
