Always liked Didi, they'll be able to fill in the in-field OK without him, but he was was just a fun player to have on the team. 1 year deal for Didi to try show he can still hit. Adam Jones to Japan! Which Cole are the Yankees getting? The dominant REGULAR SEASON guy of 2018-2019 (who couldn't win a ring when paired with Verlander, Greinke, Kuechel, Morton, McCullers, etc.) Or the guy who 19-22 with an ERA over 4 in 2016-2017? The one the Sawx didn't get, or could afford. And Better hope Mookie doesn't get $400M, because the Sawx won't be able to afford him either. It's not possible to keep so many players. Soon Devers will be a $100M guy like Boegarts, etc. You can't keep everyone. Yanks will be in same situation in a few years- can't keep all the young studs so gotta win that ring soon.
