Grizz1219 Posted February 17, 2012 Share Posted February 17, 2012 Even with lifting 3 days a week, I've lost 17 pounds in 7 weeks... I am definitely pleased!!!!!!! 3 more pounds to my first goal... then 35 more to my second... Then we will see if I can mae it to my "ultimate" goal... Did you change your eating habits a along with the workout? I started this week with p90x and changing how I eat. I also am looking into it for the long haul. Breakfast is now an egg white omellotte, lunch is a salad with lots of veggies, hard boiled egg and another protien... dinner is one serving... nothing fancy or different, just one plate, no "seconds"...
