Safe to Tighten these Hex Nuts?

Decided to go over the bow to verify all the screws were tightened. These were the only ones thay were that were slightly loose.

So tightening them isn't going to throw off anything, right?

Just dont torque them so much that they snap.  :P 

Snug and it should be good..I have a 2011 Elite pulse and never needed to touch those screws.
