Isn't it funny how short our memories are. Anyone remember the overwhelming national attitude back in the 911 days. Today everyone is asking why we went to war like they never agreed with the decision in the first place .... lol. Very short memories. That is one thing that other agressive countries are starting to catch onto. These are not the world war days when the American public had some actual resolve and a whole lot of backbone. Any aggressors today understand that there will be hell to pay for a little while until our public starts doing their thing. So a little patience and it's pretty well understood that we will back off. Once again we are hearing the results of that very same thing. But one thing that I have noted is that since the war started there have been no more successful attempts at terrorism on our soil. Who gets credit for that?

Well, my prep has come to a complete halt. Im too busy dealing with our new house and getting ready to move. I think I will still be getting stands set and lanes trimmed while the rest of you are hunting lol. This years October 1 opener is not going to be of any advantage to me. My freakin stands are still in the basement and garage, and I havent touched my bow in a week. Next weekend is the move and were not done packing, then the weekend after that Im going to be tied up. Yep, Ill be lucky to be ready before the old bow opener this year. Ugh.

great weekend...finally we got one good down pour and been sprinkling on and off..and Ever put something in a safe place....not being able to find it?Well last year I got out my Cabelas bow hunters range finder....put it in a safe spot before gathering rest of gear...yep..been looking ever since...MrB while looking for a camcorder charging cord found it...yee haaa...and battery didn't leak..which was my fear...That was a few hundred dollar save...was thinking I lost iti n one of those clutter tosses...Good week end

If its inside his car, then nobody should "find" it, because nobody should be going through or opening his car. As far as things leaving the premisis goes, if you take $20 off of my dresser, without my permission, and you put it in your pocket, you stole it. Even if you have not left my property, you stole the money. Even if you put it back, or put it in my car, you still stole it. Now think about this, the person that went into his car was also TRESPASSING!!!!!!! Thats a crime punishable by death most of the time around here, isnt it?

I have a chrono but have never used it to check my bow speed . As long as I am hitting where I am aiming I don't care about the speed . Unless you are using a real light arrow and have nothing on your string I doubt that you will achieve the advertised speed . Speed doesn't kill . Accuracy does .

I would love to do it just for fun but I know what would happen. I would spend way to much time trying to tweek it even more. There are just way to many variables to begin with, a few fps here or there just something else to drive you nuts.

I dunno what you guys refer to it as on this forum. It says "pinned" next to the thread. It means its stuck at the top of the Deer Hunting section, and wont fall down each time another thread gets a post. I assume the mods did it so this can help out all the guys looking to trade DMPs, and so that there's not a bunch of posts form guys looking to trade.
