    I agree that is how it should be but we all know that local municipalities costs are going up too. No one wants to drive snow plow trucks at lower rates when subway offers $18/hr.

    I hear its a pain to get in the Durand Park hunt, cant move from the assigned spot & after the shot the archer has to call the designated officer to help track n recover.

    I know in 2017 a 30x40x14 pole barn with 5 inch concrete slab was put in for a grand total of $26k. This was everything ; material & labor. Now a 10x12 shed costs nearly $11k

    They say the micro climate in NYC due to buildings causes temps to fluctuate sooner and stay warmer longer or turn warmer sooner. LI could be getting that influence.
