I will amend my statement to the following, "I don't plan on checking this thread unless someone quotes me, at which point I will cast Biden-esque insults at that person for our mutual amusement".     Bernie Sanders just dropped out of the race, which means Joe Biden will be the Democratic Candidate for President of the United States. I know that this thread will probably turn ugly very quickly, so I don't plan on checking it again. I plan on voting for Biden, I'm sure many of your plan on voting for Trump. I just want to say I hope that the best candidate wins and that we can all find some way of bridging division regardless of the outcome of the 2020 election. Be well everyone!

    I can't get used to the vertical sights, and am going back to a standard post sight. This is the sight that was on my bow when I bought it, and best I can tell, it is a Trophy Ridge Alpha V5. Sight works fine, I just couldn't get used to it. $60 for local pickup or can ship for another $5. Can do cash or PayPal. I also won't be offended by offers.

    Decided to drop the drop-away (see what I did there) and go back to a Whisker Biscuit. Rest was on the bow when I got it, so I don't know how old or any other history other than knowing it works. Some of the camo finish has rubbed off, but is still a good rest. $60 for local pickup, add $5 if I need to ship. Can do cash or PayPal. I also won't be offended by offers.

    I would attribute it to that area of the world not really being an economic hub. China has so much traffic going in and out that anything that pops up there will be bound to travel.

    Thanks Rattler. I just looked as well, and see threads about mushrooms, a rod build, turkeys, etc. Outside of a couple, it looks like most of the politically driven threads belong to you. I guess it gets lonely down there on the Politics forum when only 3-4 of the same people are reading it. I'm not uncomfortable by the way, just a little sick of political BS. There's more to life and all that jazz....

    Come on Rattler, this is an attempt to start a political debate, and it belongs in the political forum. Little substance beyond pro-Trump anti-Democrat. You're correct, most of the Coronavirus discussion belongs there too. If I want a political debate, I can visit that sub-forum and be pretty confident I can enjoy an argument with you about some crazy thing. Can't we keep the General Chit Chat to things like Tiger King and Grampy's Barbershop?

    Glad you're well and back to work. My wife's vet clinic is doing a similar set up with no team overlap. Each team has a doctor and she has a set of techs and assistants. She said it feels weird since they are a small clinic, and now she only gets to see half of her staff. What a bozo by the way with that person coming back to work.

    I remembered where that old Tasco came from when I went to sight it in this weekend. Stinking thing was maxed out for elevation and still in the dirt at 15 yds. I don't know why I held onto a junk scope, but I remember pulling it off of a Remington 700 .222 that I had years ago because it was doing the same thing. Oh well, the rings are still good....
