  2. As she should according to this Lancet report . They are advising law makers and CEO decision makers to reverse course after finding that taking a vaccine after recovering from Covid can be detrimental . They also found that natural immunity as at least egual to if not better than the vaccine . https://www.thelancet.com/journals/laninf/article/PIIS1473-3099(21)00676-9/fulltext
  3. You closed in March well after the Sept credit for 2021 . Check your HUD settlement statement from your house . You might have already been issued your portion of the credit for 2022 at the closing .
  4. Well it looks like the Woke Joke Cancel Culture Censors at Google shut the link down . At least Greenehunter got to see it. It was super funny. Especially the comments .
  5. As long as you are the one doing the biting and not the gator all is good ! LOL Good luck on the hunt!
  6. Why stop there ! What about all the Non Resident deer hunters driving to NY to go hunting . Do all their semi auto rifles , pistols , and shotguns need to registered now with the state in order to go hunting since they are " semi auto " firearms ? Or is Hochul going to set up Border Patrol stations on every road coming into NY to arrest everyone that hasn't registered their semi auto rifle with the state ? I saw on a few posts that this law includes ANY semi auto firearm . Not sure if I am reading it correctly . By the way since I haven't seen any posts reflecting Biden's NEW Assault Weapons Ban that has silently made it over to the house for a vote . According to the little info that slipped out it counts EVERY rifle that is a semi auto . This new ban will outlaw every semi auto weapon regardless of magazine capacity.
  7. New Historical Site Added To Google Maps . " Brandon Falls " LOL scroll down the page to see the map and the article https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/brandon-falls-delaware-landmark-named-biden-bike-fall
  8. Because those cabins that are seasonal rentals by the day, by the week or month whether in the woods or on a lake pay " rooms and meals tax " just like any hotel and restaurant. They are considered a business . The brainless Libs really outdid themselves this time coming up with laws this stupid .
  9. From what hear drinking lots of Irish beer is like a " Cure All " . You might not even need surgery by the time you get back . Drink lots of that " medicine " and have a safe trip Eddie !
  10. A ton of credit for that accomplishment needs to go to the coaches . A big high 5 goes out to those guys for teaching those kids and bringing out the best in them for team spirit and individual talent . Together they were all working like a well oiled machine
  11. I second that ! Everyone should go whitewater rafting at least once. I've done all 3 rivers in Maine a few times. The Kennebec , Penobscot and the Dead rivers . So much fun ! One year I gave out whitewater rafting tickets as Christmas presents . We had 22 people staying at my camp and all going rafting together that weekend . So much fun !
  12. They do exist . I saw that one a while ago . I'm sure it would work great for a lot of things you want to cook. But if you want the whole grill turned into a griddle , this would work even better . This size would fit my Weber Genesis grill . They even clam it cooks better than a Blackstone . lol It certainly would save room on the deck not having both a Blackstone and a grill . It costs $100 for the flat top griddle and another $37 for the drip tray . For another 30-40 bucks I think I would get the portable 22 inch Blackstone that I can take with me anywhere . https://steelmadeusa.com/products/flat-top-for-outdoor-grill?currency=USD&variant=42501939495160&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Google Shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxtDE_dv0-AIVgeezCh1lqQ3VEAQYAyABEgJYxfD_BwE
  13. Unsmashed burgers on the Black Weberstone Two with American cheese for my son and two with pepper jack cheese for me.
  14. I Like That !!! Has a nice ring to it ! Tune in tonight when I make " Unsmashed Burgers " on the Black Weberstone. lol
  15. And if you believe there are empty minded people running the show in NY , this is what has been going on in LA. There are 8 million people in LA . My son lives there . He is head of production for a company that makes commercials . Crime got so bad around there office that they moved the company. He tells me there are many blocks a square mile each that you just dont drive down any of those streets for any reason . Entire areas are controlled by Mexican or Asian gangs . I read a report yesterday on CCW permits in LA . Out of 8 million people , there are a total of 341 CCW permits . The permit holders consisted mostly of Politicians , people with close ties to the Politicians such as donors, corporate CEO's, Judges , retired cops , Even if you own a store , like a jewelry shop , you cant get a permit . I guess the Liberal Mafia doesn't want you to shoot any of the Smash And Grab looters storming through your place of business . The report didn't give an exact number , but the impression was there are less than 10 CCW permit holders that are regular citizens . Who knows , maybe even those 10 have some kind of distant association with political ties .
  16. Boneless Rib Eye steaks grilled on the " Black Weber" with a medley of steamed veggies
  17. This is my experience with Gunbroker . I have sold many guns ( about 20 ) , and bought 10-15 . I follow mostly rifles and shotguns and ammo . Never really bothered with pistols . If I want a pistol I go to a local gun shop . Buying - I found 99 percent of the FFL sellers to be very helpful . Mostly great bunch of guys you can talk to on the phone setting up payments and shipping to my FFL . I cant say the same about individuals selling their own guns and dealing with them sending their drivers license to my FFL . They also take their sweet time shipping the firearm even though you sent them a bank check by overnight mail . I try to avoid them unless they have something that I really want ( the I gotta have it moment ) . And I believe for that same reason , I see FFL's getting higher bids than individuals on comparable guns . I believe the its a matter of trusting the FFL's over the individual . My guess would be individuals get 10-30 percent less than a FFL for the firearm . Selling - There are 3 ways that I have sold guns 1 ) Gunbroker BUT I never sell them myself . One of my hunting buddies is a FFL that sells on the site. He does not have a shop and sells out of his house . He sells 50-60 guns a year on GB and been doing it for many years. He charges me 5-10 percent and handles all the questions , payments , details and shipping . Worth every dime I pay him . 2) I bring the guns I want to sell to a gun shop and sell them on consignment . The shop will usually give you a good idea on what you can get for them . They dont want your gun sitting on their shelves taking up space but usually give you a range of price and advise you to go for the top of the range and see how it goes for a bit. Never had a bad experience with any gun shop doing this and all the guns sold at or near the top of the price range. They usually charge 10-15 percent for handling the sale 3 ) Trade them in for something you really want that a gun shop has in stock . This is a great option if you dont want to deal with anything else . Besides , we all have at least one gun we " really " want ! We might not " need " it , but we want it ! lol . The shop has some leeway on what they can pay you for your firearm if you are buying one from them. I was always happy trading in guns I didn't want to deal with .
  18. Simple dinner tonight . Chicken Kabobs with grilled zucchini
  19. So in other words , everyone will have to bolt a gun safe in their trunk or have a solid cab with no windows for their truck bed with a gun safe bolted to the bed. I guess if you stop at a store on the way to and from hunting you will have to bring the shotgun or rifle in the store with you if you dont have a built in safe ! I wonder how many brain cells the screwballs used up writing that law
  20. Uh Oh ! Moog's On The Loose ! Or would that be Moog's On The Grid Iron ! Give The Man Some Space And A Spatula !
  21. Why are they calling it a " Data Breech ? It was intentional and the dirtbag Attorney General was boasting about doing it ! California Attorney General Rob Bonta had boasted that the website would help increase transparency and that “transparency is key to increasing public trust between law enforcement and the communities we serve.” Instead, whether because of a spiteful bureaucrat upset with the Supreme Court’s ruling in a concealed carry case that affected California or simply the typical incompetence that is found in government bureaucracies, some 200,000 concealed carry permit holders had their personal information, including their home addresses, made available for anyone to see.
