Those that say they don’t like “Hit Listers” either don’t have the gumption to go find a couple of the top of the class or have what it takes to take the best on one on one and let the chips fall where they will. Exactly. The truths were shown when they moved along. It’s all good. This site will still be enjoyed by those that are here and a Quick Look shows that there are not piles of hunters knocking down other sites doors to get in. All the same posters that lived here daily just now live there. So be it…..

Not sure they even make a gadget for daytime blood trailing? I think I saw some kind of spray one year they were pushing for blood trails but that I believe faded away. Maybe they make some kind of glasses for folks that have issues with different colors.

The folks that stayed here are the folks that live their lives in real time and don’t feel the need to post their daily lives on a website. They also don’t feel the need to bash others. We also don’t miss the pack mentality of those that once lived on this site and now live elsewhere. The same ones that are pretty much the only ones that now post elsewhere. You say you like to read back? Read back and show me the last disagreement between any of the members that didn’t leave here? I will wait. It’s all good. Many said this site would disappear also but yet here we are.

I’ve been on this site from the beginning. I see no need to posts the same posts on 2-3 different sites. This site is now the best it’s ever been. Without the need of more then 1-2 mods let alone the need for 5-6-7 mods on other sites.

Perfection!!!! Hunting for the best and smartest of the species has never been better.

Double edged sword for sure. Less pressure works out great for us looking for only the top of the class when it comes to whitetails. Some say there are not less hunters year after year but that’s a tough one to deny. Most definitely less hunters in my areas of choice.

We have been removing some of the useless vermin around here as of late as well.

This old stand served me well in the Bowles of Letchworth State Park. Good news is I only lost the lock out of the deal as it pinched between the tree’s.

I would guess older and would let someone take him out that’s just looking to make meat. Personally I would not shoot him even if both sides were there but I would allow him to be hunted to make room and more food for a young up and comer. He is a beast no doubt.

I don’t think arrow because of the angle and how it runs up the jaw bone. Definitely hard to guess for sure.

If you’re going to use scents don’t waste your money on junk. Get the real deal from the real deer farmer and you will be in a much better place for success.

55 acres next to ours in Livingston county went for 350k last fall. Big farms will pay the price. Push the 15 acres over and farm the whole parcel. Location is the key.

Never see that behind these fences. Out of 100 does of course a few might fawn on the same day but pen mates are usually not that close unless i synchronize them with CIDR’s and manipulate their cycles.
