  1. Not too crap on the thread but the rust was caused from salt and oil's from hands/I had this happen to my Rifle also.
  2. 48 and feels great got the doors/windows open.The fall air smells great too!

  5. This method has been used for a long time by the French.It 's a more consistant temperature method of cooking.I enjoy using for most every meat/can be eaten as is or finished in/on grill/oven/or seared in a frying pan.
  6. Cooler weather and they are on the move into my shed.Not sure why aint got nothing for them to Knaw/chew on trapped 6 of them this week.Going to put steel whool around and see if that works

    Been 31 years that we my family said our Goodbyes to a great Lady our Mom/my Mom the lady taught me the ins and outs of the Kitchen and the garden,she showed me how to gut and skin an animal then turn it into a great meal.The Lady at times had a bigger set of Balls then My Dad.Rest easy MOM! 9/11/1987

  15. Low 50's here and feels great to hve house opened up doors windows.Great day for working in the yard/woods.Got a pot of coffee hanging over the fire.
  16. We had a Beef stew made in the Instpot with dumplings.Sorry but have no way of posting pictures.It turned out great and have some leftover for pancakes in the morning.
  17. Parging is easy as it looks.A trip to Lowes/homedepot all you will need is some masonary sand and some portland mixed with water and mixed until semi smooth trowel on.I would remove all loose materials and recoat entire foundation.Also roof gutters will help

    Yea!this is private land the reason for not using power tools is to not disturb animals as I do this project.This is anew piece that I will be scouting as I cut my way in.The map landowner gave me shows 2 wide open areas in the middle this will be mostly a foot path for myself.

Was heading out to do some scouting on a piece of private land and this place was over grown with thorn bushes and very thick.i followed a few deer paths and had to back out because of no saw/pruner in my pocket.I would like to cut some back to have better chances what or how much cutting would you do?Also what kinda saw/pruner do you suggest/cannot use power equiptment ====
