My youngest son , Nick , and I met at the property in Geneseo this am . We headed for the woods about 6:15 . On the way a deer blew in the pasture lot East of us and did it for a while . When we got lose to where we turned onto my SILs property we could see the forms of a half dozen deer in the bean field . As we started to cross , a deer bolted from the thick stuff and ran into the bean field . It was only about 25 yards ahead of us . We got to our stands and settled it . There was a light drizzle from the time we left our cars . I saw 2 doe heading south out of the woods over 150 yards away at 7:20 and another doe heading the same direction at about 8 am . At around 9 am I saw what looked to be a coyote running North through the woods . That was it for me . Nick saw a doe with a fawn . I did a slow walk across the woods , headed North to the end of the property and then waled East on the North end and then sat in one of our other stands facing North . I noticed that the posted signs I put up last year were in good shape until I came across one that sheet was missing from ..... the next 5 were the same . I have no doubt that someone ripped them off of the plywood . The staples were intact and the sheet were totally missing and nothing to be found in the woods .

I walked the perimeter of the woods to see if I could kick something to my son. Nuttin. 6 posted signs are gone. All in a row . Beyond the 6 the rest were fine. Staples are intact and the signs are completely gone. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Saw 3 doe in the woods this am A few minutes ago a coyote ran through the woods about 100 yards away. We saw about a half dozen deer while walking to the woods this am Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

I went to Van Bortels in Victorwhen I was looking for my 1st one in 2009 . Friends of mine have had at least 3 Subarus said that when they purchased their 1st one that . They told me that Kitty VanBortel walked in the dealership and said that anyone who purchased a Subaru that day would get $500 off the purchase . Even though they had signed the papers , they were still given $500 off . When I talked to a sales person , I asked for $500 off and was told they didn't do that . I went back a second time and talked to a different sales person and was told the same thing . I went to Doyle's in Webster and told the salesman that I would buy the car if they could takes off $500 . He went to ask Mike Doyle and came back and said , No Problem and I bought the 2009 Subaru January of 2009 and in 2015 traded it in for a 2015 Forester . Oh , a month later in 2009 , Kitty had a full page ad in the D&C saying they were having a big promotion and giving customers $500 off the purchase of any Subaru . Too late Kitty !

I was in my stand in Mendon by 6:30 . Had a 4 point within 25 yards at 7:20 and another 4 point in the same spot at 8 am . It looked to be a good day . NOT ! Got out of the stand at 12:15 and went to the village to get a coffee and something to eat . Went back to the property and parked . Was back in the stand around 2:15 . Never saw anything all afternoon and got back down at 6:35 . I was at the North end of the property and had the wind in my face all day long . When I saw the small bucks I didn't draw on either one as I have seen several 8's on the property during the summer . Going to try Geneseo Saturday with my youngest son ............
