What's your best remedy for poison ivy?

I never had poison ivy until in my early 50's . I used to be able to rub the leaves ans not catch it until one hot , scorching day when I was putting up a pressure treated stand in 96 degree weather . Apparently I was hot enough where my pores opened up and I got it . Now I get it almost every year . Technu and Calagel seemed to help sooth the itch . -

Not near the park at all . None of them had any BIG racks but I was surprised to see that many in one area in the same evening . 3 of them came within 40 yards of where I was sitting and waiting for them to move along so I could get out of there undetected . We lost a couple of good spots in Mendon when a developer bought up some properties and built on them . One of the spots we lost was a 8 acre field with adjoining woods / fields where someone built a house right in the middle of the field .

My youngest son and I went out last Wednesday evening to check out some of our stands . Straps need to be rep[laced . I saw a couple of doe and at least 13 bucks . That's right . "13" . Had to sit around and wait for them so they wouldn't get spooked . When we were leaving at least 5 bucks were across the processed wheat field ignoring us . Saw several spots where the deer had bedded down . Not sure what they will plant when the straw is baled .

I havn't had any problem with WildGame cameras (yet) . The thing I don't like about them is "single" pictures . My problem has been with STEALTH trail cameras . I have 3 of them that are crap ( 1 infra red and 2 white flash ) . I gotta take them to the range sometime for target practice !

Nothing more irritating than a batter screwing around adjusting his gloves after each pitch ! Get rid of the gloves and speed the game up !

I have some big packs , military packs , etc .. Bought a couple of WalMart packs and they work great for hunting ...... only $20 -

Bought one but never used it to haul deer . I used mine to transport ladder stands .

I use the face mask . Don't want the messy face paint . Plus you can still see a shiney glare on someone with face paint .

I bought the Lifetime Sportsman's License when they had them for $50 for us old guys . The anterless permits are free . When I turned 70 , I no longer had to pay for the Archery or ML tags . Thanks guys for picking up the slack !
