As a land owner it would be really hard for me to say yes to a total stranger. It would take time getting to know the person first for me to make a judgement. Just trying to help out here and think of things that could work. I would try to look over a place especially if the landowner is from out-of-town and see what needs to be done around camp. Put your skills to work. I know one year I had a problem keeping up with mowing the lawn which was a few acres. I could see working out a deal with someone over that.

Nice, how is the clover plot coming along. We got pounded with rail on LI. Hope it was dry for you.

The guy is wearing flip-flops riding a quad. He isn't too bright.

Sorry for your loss. Thinking of you and your family.

Happy birthday a toast to you!

Fawns with spots get shot all the time on LI during late gun season in January. Go figure…….

Hunt it and see whats going on. Just be careful getting to it. You ay be spooking the deer of your life in that field.

Yeah, I rebooted the cam and put it out again. My top field is soy beans and there is a ton of deer sign up there. may have to relocate it.
-
Only have this ghost buck on the cam. Horns look pretty good but the picture was terrible. Had a bunch of doe with twin fawns…..then again DMP for 8P is low…lol

Beautiful deer! Good luck hunting them this year. -
His bases are huge.

My place was heavily logged right before I bought it. I let it grow now its 10 years later and getting thick. The deer seemed to skirt the area where it was pretty open. Use this to your advantage in setting up stands.
-
Take the high road and find out who the guy is and get to know him. How many acres do you own? He has every right to have that stand on his property but shooting into your property is a no no without permission. I would try to get to know him then work around the area. You don't even know the frequency of use of the stand. good luck hope it works out.

Don't see anything?
