  1. WOW! At least that's better than them D*mn snakes!
  2. Good goin' Jordan! That type of racin' will lower your body fat... : (maybe I oughta try it).
  3. If only it would work ! Oh wait... I forgot - Deer don't travel in schools, so they can't read!
  4. Dang they're ugly! You'd better stay away from them Wooly - Grampa told me they'll sew your lips shut .
  5. That's a idea... I think I'll move the 'Deer Crossing' sign closer to my tree stand!
  6. You're doing great Wooly... Keep up the good work (and it is work isn't it?)! Soon you'll be a month smoke free - I'm rootin' for ya!
  7. DANG... You could even pull a wagon into a field with hay bales strategically situated to be a blind. A propane heater -WOW ??? . With one of those and a little 'shanty' I could become more than a 'fair-weather' hunter. Okay Mother Nature... Bring it On!
  8. Hello All, Please check out this link: http://elmira.craigslist.org/spo/2410943803.html Please pass this information on to others you (or your spouse/significant other) think may be interested. 9. Oh Sky... I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!!! My local bow shop has one in 70#, and I shoot 50#... so I haven't got to draw one yet - But the FEEL of that bow is awesome!!!!!!! Good Luck with it for years to come!
  10. GREAT POST Sky! Grouping arrows in an 8" circle at 50 yards does not guarantee a 12 yard 'chip-shot', however it does wonders for your confidence.
  11. I like living in NYS... but if I ever wanted to move - I'd move to Logan, UT.
  12. Dang Wooly... you must live in the most animal populated area of NYS. And as usual - outstanding photography!!! Pssst: Loved the 'crab' idea to Hallmark.
  13. Ditto. Our regular targets are 'twix 20 and 40 yards. There's usually a group of guys that stick around and shoot out to 50 (putting a coupla' dollars on the line sometimes for fun). It sure does help your concentration.
  14. I fish creeks, streams, ponds and small lakes... mostly for fish that don't bite.
  15. Whoa.... I almost wet myself laughing so hard!
  16. It's ~11:00 pm. Good night guys - Now I lay me down to sleep.....
  17. Hello Wooly... Are you going out this weekend lookin' for fawns? If so..... best of luck! Can't wait to see some more of your photos (minus the snakes!).
  18. Wooly... your photos are AWESOME! Your 'eye' for beauty is terrific (except for those *@(& snakes!). Keep 'em coming - please.
  19. Way to go Sky!!! I want so badly to harvest a tom with a bow... but no luck as of yet. Congratulations on your accomplishment! Addicted - I can believe it!
  20. Well Hello MKYxD... welcome!
  21. Thanks Doc for that 'good', 'bad', and 'ugly' report. You've managed to quite upset me!
  22. Never heard of it nor been there, but that's some place I'm definately gonna have to look into if it's not too far. Thanks for the tip! Wooly.... Don't go there - Step Away From the Camera. 132 said 'Rattlers'!!! ??? And you need to get how close... 6' ??? You're the Man (you must wear burlap underwear or somethin'). You'll never catch me lookin' for snakes - hate 'em, hate 'em with a passion!!! Keep photographing the flowers, deer, water falls, and non-threatening wildlife... it may not be as exciting - but it's a h*ll of alot safer! Take care mister.
  23. Great post Noodle... thanks for sharing. Isn't it fun to meet landowners (for the first time), swap stories, and receive positive results from the interaction? I know it doesn't always happen that way, but your positive results I'm sure happened because you were sincere and honest in your conversation with him. Good luck hunting/fishing...
  24. Great story... so I guess you're a cranky SOB huh? Oh well... tomorrow you'll probably be the happiest guy in the area! Best of luck to ya'.
