We use to get limits of wild birds back in the late 50's & 60's . We would start at 7 AM and by 10 Am we would have 4-6 limits between 6-7 hunters. Loved hunting over pointers, setters & even beagles ( great in standing corn) we could hear them & be at the end of the corn field when the birds flushed! I have hunted game farms the last few years fun but not the same as wild birds. I never thought I would be paying $25 bucks a bird plus tip someone to shoot a pheasant! But always had a great time along with the rabbit hunts!

Blew the driveway out here in Lancaster, had 9" on the level & still snowing from last night ! 3" of slush on the road, no plows in the last 3 hrs.

FYI, according to "The shooter log" web site a 12 ga. stock will fit a 20 ga. standard wt. shotgun. Sooo, I would think a vise, versa should work ? Check it out.

I use to use a owl hooter at the crack of dawn which worked well, but now I don't wake up until the crack of dawn & go hunt. I also use a crow call with one loud blast then listen. If you call to much you'll miss the gobble. We use to make our owl calls out of a 6oz. juice can with a piece of copper tube solder to it & blow across the 3/8" hole we drilled in one end of it, they worked pretty well. I do the "who cooks for you" thing with my mouth pretty well also, the grand kids think I am nuts walking around doing it often. lol

Our kids ,grandkids, & great grand kids are all screwed!

My question is why would anyone move to NYC?

9H - I got 2 doe on the second day of gun season. I only saw 1 shooter buck in bow season when the chase was on with no shot.

66 yo, started at 14 yo been at it ever sense 52yrs. and still loving it! Did the same as Pygmy shooting rats on the farm at 12.yo

What about their right to Assemble & demonstrate peacefully ? I would say the riots in the streets this past year were more treason according to that definition.

I heard one news reporter call them "anti-government protesters" today. My question is are they anti-government protesters/activists or just good people standing up for their constitutional rights? I believe they are standing up for their rights!

We use to par boil it, then flour it ,salt & pepper & fry in butter with a little onion till brown. Was always tender. Also would make rabbit catchitory (sp). which was good too! You need help shooting some rabbits? lol
