Never mind the fish what about the poor worms ? First we pull them out of their homes, then we stick them with a hook, then we throw them in the water to drown them held down with a weight, while we wait for a fish to swim by & eat them!! We are some awful people!

G- man, I was a redskin until 1968. Also Mr. Kane is an activists that travels around doing his thing for a living. The student body had no say in this matter they were not involved in the decision. I also know a teacher from there that said the school board had their minds made up after the first meeting with Mr. Kane. Yesterday the students had a peaceful demonstration/march & now the board says some kids should be suspended. Seems odd to me, when I was in school we were taught to stand up for our rights & protest if need be. Today the kids do it & get in trouble for it! I read today that "Redskin" stood for loyalty & courage & that was from a Native American! That same article stated that any of us that were born in America, are Native American which I agree with 100%.

Have 13 coming to the bird feeder for the last week. Had 3 toms this AM & 1 was strutting his stuff, has a paint brush 10" beard, nice bird.

There is also Colver's (?) mostly for stream fishing on rt. 5 near Big tree rd. in Hamburg. If your going to lk.Ontario there are shops in Wilson, Olcott, & Narby's in Oak Orchard on 18 mile creek. I ice fished yrs. ago but really wasn't into it. Now my idea of ice fishing is in July with a Ice cold beer in hand trolling down the lake in the boat!

I have been doing the exact thing this past week. I just finished going thru all my spoons on Friday & started going thru the stick baits. I did my jet divers & dipsey's a week ago. I went to the WNY sports expo. & bought some new "Bay Rat" lures & a new Eagle Claw inline reel for perching! Next will be respooling reels with new line. Nice to see some fishermen here thought everyone just hunted.

I was there Friday I thought it had a few new things & some better seminars. I also have 3 mounts on the hunting WNY big buck board. Really liked the Driven show big monster bucks on the turn stile.

Worked for a large NY electric utility for 40 yrs. as a lineman(30yrs) & substation worker(10yrs.). That was enough, now I hunt, fish, watch the snow fly & grass grow ! Only drink 2 cups of coffee a day.
