I'm sitting at home feeling sorry for myself, since my dream of hunting on private land has crashed. Was thinking maybe a few of us get together and lease some LI land. Create some rules and boundaries and hunt next year on our own land. Just putting it out there.

Spoke to Bob last thursday. Told him about the posts and the concerns, claims he has many dignitaries (Joe Pesci's cousin) and that he wasn't aware of the concerns. Claims that somebody that did not belong to the club started a bogus complaint last year on some other site. Wasn't aware that there are recent posts. I guess I will be hitting the pavement for land to lease after the season. Once again, thank you.

HOLY SHIITE, I spoke to Bob last week and was going to see the place this weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving me the MONEY. Bob is supposed to call me on Thursday and we where to meet up this weekend. THAT AINT happening. Thank you very much everybody. Money is tight this year you fellas saved me big time.

Unfortunately there are a lot of hunters who do not give a hoot about wildlife. It's all about what they get to bring home and show off. I hope he/she gets what's coming to them.

Welcome and good luck with your new sport. The best way to learn is to go in the woods and make mistakes. We are in the prime of hunting season, hopefully someone who lives close to you will hook you up.

Whatever side your on crossbows are here. I say within 5 years it will be legal for the archery, like in most other states. I feel whatever keeps and brings in hunters, why not?

Got up at 4am to do some shopping, everything that I needed was gone by 4:45 am. The funny part is that the flyers and the commercials said they will open at 5, and the sales would run from 5-11 am. I do think I was snoukered because, the was like a thousand people already in the stores.
