Hi guys.
A while ago I came across an awesome site on food plotting. http://iowawhitetail.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=45 It is actually a section on Iowa Whitetail forums, written by Paul Knox, aka dbtree.
I never posted on these forums.(Iowa Whitetail) But I read almost every post on "dbltrees corner" related to food plotting, trees, timber management etc. In this little corner of the net, Mr. Knox put together some awesome info on the subject. Not as an "expert" (although I think he is) but more like a guy who has planted all kinds of stuff through trial and error. I believe I might have seen the link here on this site as well, although I found it through google. For food plotters just starting out, almost every question you have can be answered there.
Anyway, I searched the site a little tonight, and to my dismay, Mr. Knox has come down with Lou Gehrig's disease. The Iowa Whitetail forums has a donation link up, and the story of the man. I decided to send a donation. I thought maybe some of you would be interested in what he put together on dbltrees Corner, and some might find a cause that they would like to donate to.
