how often is the buck you shoot one you have on trailcam?
moog5050 replied to Robhuntandfish's topic in Deer Hunting
The last wall-mounter I killed I got a pic of him about 5 min before I shot him. More than half of the bigger bucks we have had pics. -
Calling shotgun.

Adios bang stick but good news this is only a hypothetical
-
As long as Nomad drives me in his fancy new self driving Subaru.
-
Not sure it happened in the field.

This gun may very well shoot moa or better. I really haven’t spent much time with it yet and was sighting it in off the back of the truck on a sandbag. We shall see.
-
I was joking Steve. Glad you like your bow.
-
Dan you could have climbed right in and dangled your feet from that exhaust! One upped her!

First light = Jordan Spieth. Hmmmm

I played Aduynote and even with a forecaddy, it was a tough round. Probably as tough as Oak Hill East with long rough right after the Ryder Cup. Now I just avoid that and frustrate myself at home with the recurve. Doesn't cost a thing. And for the record, I like seeing these guys truly challenged. They can handle it and the cream will rise.

Sorry, I never followed up as I was too busy eating. Came out perfect. The talk of the party. Thanks for everyone's help. My family now thinks I am the official master of smoked pulled pork!
-
seriously?

I have purchased 2 scopes from Chromeslayer. He is a good seller with good taste in scopes. Good luck with sale.

I always use the term stick baits for plugs like rapalas. Sorry for the confusion.
-
Pretty sure senkos are rubber worms.
-
Good luck Andrew.

If it wasn't noisy before, but is now, its definitely tune.
-
Tell the truth Steve. It has nothing to do with how the bow shoots. You just like all the prestige and resulting fan fair that comes from owning a "Mathews." Biz bought one for the same reason.

Ensuring timing is correct would be step one for me.

Both plots have been tilled in the past. I don't know. I am still debating. Maybe I will just rent one and see how hard it is vs. having a $600 paper weight because its too much work. Before then, I may just try and see how mowing, spraying and seeding works and reconsider after this season.

And Bear!
-
I thought that was a given. ANYONE can kill a regular ole Tom!
-
I shoot piebald or albino deer exclusively. Normal brown gray just doesn't cut it. It has been a long slow hunting career for me.
-
Im not frightened of most things but crawling in a thicket after a wounded bear would concern me just a bit!
-
Perfect then I could have bought it from you. Lol
