    Who here has planted small orchards or fruit trees for deer? How many acres did you plant? Did you plant the same type of fruit or different kinds? Is it okay to plant different types of fruit in the same orchard (apples,pears,plums,peach,persimmon maybe figs)? I know that it will take at least a few years to start producing but its worth it.

    Looks like i was wrong on this one. The idea seams so far fetched, so you could see where i would think this is bs. Believe it or not i do have friends that go to Delaware county...Hancock to be exact, and have never heard of this.

    Too many rich people here in NYC will have a problem with this so it wont get passed. They have a way of getting things their way.

    I was wondering this myself. I was thinking about trying there for coyotes but it looks like i would be restricted to using a shotgun.

    While i was hunting in Ulster co during the last week of rifle season; maybe 150 flew over my tree stand. They flew so close that I heard there wing flaps.

    Very few might eat it, a lot of people sell the fur and some people get it tanned so they can keep it.

    This guy really knows what he is talking about. I just wish people would understand that its no going to do anything about illegal guns. If by any chance Ars becomes less accessible and illegal to buy, statistics prove that being told not to do or buy something makes people want to do it or buy it more. It will have adverse affects if they ban these weapons.

    A lot of people disagree with me but i learned a lot about bow hunting from tv shows. My favorite is deer and deer hunting. I also subscribed to their hunting mags. This forum and a couple others like bowhunting.com and D&DH.com will give you a lot of info how to hunt. As long as you research and put your time in the woods, public ground can be fantastic.

    proof right here that a ban on guns is wrong. No one will ever take away my guns.

    I honestly believe that he could have done the same damage and the damage he would have done would be worse and have more meaning with each kill. I wish also thinking bomb and fire but for some reason i didnt write it.

    I think that the kid was unstable and the fact that he used guns does not matter. He probably would have used knives ro some other more violent ways to do the damage he did.

    I am going to do some fishing and start prepping for next season. I am going to do some scouting on a property that i could have hunted for a few years but never did.

    This specific deer was shot in Wisconsin if i remember right.

    I heard about this deer years ago. He was shot in Wisconsin i believe then sold to Cabela's.

    Every gun is different but i love my Barnes 180gr TSX bullet.
