Watkins Glen , Seneca Lodge . Starting in 1951 they hosted the state and national field archery tournament. If you won you got to shoot your arrow into the wall behind the bar ! Today they host a big buck contest ( by weight as it should be ) and the winner gets to shoot his arrow . There’s an arrow shot by Ted Nugent as well as that signed recurve. Winners at the Glen hang their winners Laurel there as well . Great spot right at the entrance to the campground , highly recommend. Oh also my tired feet as I suck down ipas .

When gas hits $6 in a couple months and diesel $8 or more ( If it can be found readily ) , it’ll get real interesting. The hit to trucking , trains, and farming will be felt by all .

True confessions , I just bought a 30 pack of Genny Light for camping this weekend .

They’re killing it now with inflation raising prices on everything, guns and ammo sales are chump change Microstamping , has many issues , one criminals use stolen guns … But it’s also mainly unworkable ,the only somewhat working technology is solely owned by one company . California has a microstamping requirement for all new semi autos, SW and Ruger told them to stick it and won’t sell semi autos guns in Calf. Which may be just what they wanted all along . I don’t believe anyone uses it , Calf grandfathered in their list of “ safe guns “ that can be sold . It’s a cluster duck out there . The AOW ( any other weapon ) ban will make one of my daughters guns illegal , along with a number of my friends guns , if they don’t grandfather them in .

I’ve first got to get a replacement registration. The one I have the ink all faded off , they printed it on “ waterproof “ paper, that apparently is ink proof as well . I Love NY !

Always owned one, never sold one ….. It’s old a ‘64 Starcraft, with ‘84 70hp Johnson that I’ve owned since new . Anyways I’m looking to move it , I just want it gone without a lot of back and forth . Will everyone want to run it in the water ? It’s in my driveway and I’m not really wanting to go launch it for every tire kicker that comes along . Especially when the sale price won’t be all that much . Oh and what would be a fair price , no rips in seats , floors solid hulls fine . This is not a for sale post , it’s still in storage actually.

Correct , markets typically adjust months ahead in anticipation. People often wonder, after an event and there’s little to no market adjustment why ? It’s because the market foresaw what was coming and adjusted already . Not every event sure,some are just unforeseen, but many are , and adjusted way ahead .

I simply built a platform under it , easy to level it up that way . I have some weight in my little shed , 8 stacked tires on rims , snowblower etc . Waiting for my nephew to get me some pavers from a job , that he redoes into fancy stone work , so I can dress it up .
