They tend to always show, when they already gave him a break by writing him for less then his true speed, plus some courts will except a written deposition if he can’t make it . Some officers will tell you at the stop, “I’m writing for lower , if you plead NG ,I’ll be there and talk to the judge .....” He May get lucky sure some do, or it may backfire .

You could plead NG do as the others have said and talk to the ada prior, also the reason some plead NG is they hope the cop won’t show up, he gets OT for going so good luck with that route . Plus when they give a break like writing you below your true speed and you plead NG they tend to always so up..... Points don’t mean much unless you got a few already , years ago our youngest rear ended a car and got a ticket, we have two attorneys in family who practice in the same county, one wrote the DA and her ticket went from 3 to 2 points, her insurance never went up and she was 16. Unless it meant my license I’d never pay an attorney for tickets . Few years back I was stopped on Thruway ( Corfu ) 80 in 65 , Trooper wrote me for no seatbelt instead, I plead guilty my Mail and wrote a letter of apology to the court, which reduced it to a ten dollar parking ticket . if you don’t already have points on license I’d save the hundreds on the attorney, in this ticket there’s not much he can do that you can’t .

Back straps and tenderloin I enjoy very much, most of the rest gets ground or I take to Tony Costanza to turn into hotdogs, slim sticks and the like . My deer are all ag feed, and dressed and handled properly, but no way it’s as good as a rib eye at a nice restaurant.

Really like deck boats . But my ‘64 Starcraft , in family since idk early ‘70s costs me little, I just can’t justify the $ for an upgrade . I don’t insure it, the trailer is not registered or inspected , the lights and horn don’t work , my binge pump is a coffee can, which doubles as the head at times. Enjoy the boat, hope the best for your Dad, a co worker and good friend had a stroke around Christmas , he’s doing pretty darn well now, but has to retire .

This time of year I always tell my daughters to be alert for motorcycles. I put on over 100k on my two bikes in about 20 years. My opinion is loud pipes annoy drivers , and you don’t hear them coming as much as when they pass, or the guy next to,you at the light feels the need to whack the throttle for no reason. Oh and living next to a four way stop and those guys taking off , and waking your napping kids turns folks off as well, or my neighbor at 5 AM who feels the need to whack that throttle for five minute s, Christ get a tune up. My Dad on Lake rd couldn’t watch a Mets on a week end due to all the loud pipes guys flying past his house , he lived on the first S curve . ive scraped a number of bikers off bumpers , trees , guard rails and such and picked up,their body parts and boots ,it’s interesting how they fly out of their boots when hitting an object ... I loved to ride , but frankly I prefer my vehicle to be around me not the other way around ,and I have ZERO sympathy for the The riders who,think 490 is their race track and eat it . for the record I’ve been hit by a car and had many close calls out ran the cops a few times and was caught once .....,most of the close calls were me riding like a nut .

This Cream Ale mix is pretty good ! The Imperial is good and 7%, This mosaic, is fruity and tropical, but not over bearing , which I like , I’m not a fan of the Orange Cream Ale but it’s very popular and if you like Creamsicles you may enjoy it. Genny seems to be really putting out some decent stuff.

So far so good .

Every deer I shot in bow at under 20yards didn’t know I was there either , and I’m no great hunter. Don’t scout, don’t do much to work the land , don’t brush in stands just sit in them . The farm I hunt is more and more huts with heaters covering large fields we kinda like it . I’d be ok with it not being hunting , wouldn’t need a tag that way .

I generally don’t start shooting till mid August or so, today I went in basement and drew back 5 times ! With all my shoulder issues that’s a big deal . In a few days I might even shoot an arrow,or two. My first draw was pretty good and I’d feel confident with it on stand .

Not much action it’s seems..... I just did three hours of walking , zippo ! In honesty since I’ve not got out much and figured others didn’t either ,I hit areas that I don’t hunt, with the thought of saving my spot for later as others don’t go, on it.
