  3. Send Santa my way.....would love a setup like that...looks awesome.
  4. Made stuffed hot banana peppers wrapped with provolone cheese. Have lots of peppers in the garden and some are the Carolina reapers and scorpion peppers. A pinch of them is excellent in venison chili.
  5. If you are going to put this stuff out in the woods, wouldn't the leaves do a job on covering up what might grow when they start falling?
  6. Thanks for setting me straight on the berry name, I've been picking them for years and never got it rite!! I am going out for one more picking today!!
  7. I was at Golden Hill State Park yesterday had a bountiful picking of raspberries to make a pie and put some away in the freezer. Aside from the berry thorns and some bugs to deal with, it was a pretty good day. Anybody else have wild berry patch they go to every year and pick some berries?
  8. Hey Red, I will be hunting just north of Franklinville in Machias, Tug Hill Rd. area. My friend has property there and have been going there for several years. Its great area and lots of nice deer and some bear in the mix too. Good luck hunting and nice pics!!
  9. I agree. T.P. is at the top of the list!!
  10. I will stop there to look around after things calm down. Take my time and get a good look at things without having to bump into the person next to you.

  13. Got mine this morning 9m and 9a. Was the only one there and system went smooth no computer glitches.
  14. Nice country and view up there!!
  15. I also have a Teknetics Delta 4000 and it sells retail around $279 and has nice features and is quite easy to learn. You might want give that a look and see what you think. Good Luck!!
  16. Try looking at Kellyco.com They have big assortment of detectors and they show beginner and experienced model detectors and have lots of info on metal detecting. I have ordered from them and customer service is great. Hope that will help a bit. And don't forget You Tube.
  17. LOL Eddie, its a turn on and go detector. Tesoro makes good line of detectors. The Compadre doesn't have all the bells and whistles like the more expensive models out there but its a great beginner detector or good back up for the experienced detectorist. Just turn it on and put it at your level of discrimination and start hunting!!
