    All settled in for a few hours in 7F. No deer for me yet. Just heard my first shot of the morning. Hopefully some young hunter just connected on his or her first deer and made a memory that will last them forever!! Hope everyone has a great day today!!!

    Taking advantage of no rain and the clouds this afternoon. Not liking the temps for the rest of the week so figured I’d head out today. Besides an occasional mosquito buzzing in the air it’s pretty quiet so far. Hoping that will change.

    So someone shouldn’t care if they use a crossbow if they don’t think it gives them an advantage?? I could care less if it is an advantage. Someday we will have full inclusion. Until then using a crossbow before the designated date is illegal

    Doesn’t matter to me. I do not hunt with a crossbow but know guys who do. If it gets full inclusion someday it gets full inclusion. But if you know someone is hunting illegally, and hunting with any weapon out of season is illegal, you turn them in.

    Took my hunter’s safety class when I was 14 in 1985. Can’t believe it’s been 36 years. A lot of good memories
