Has anybody ever used Heritage Outdoor Sports in Phelps, NY? My cousin is looking for a new bow and was asking me if I knew of this place? Figured I’d ask on here as I have no info on them. Good service?? Good selection?? They sell quite a few different manufacturers so trying different bows from the manufacturers shouldn’t be an issue. Thanks in advance for any info.

My son is taking a class online. Email confirmation came from the New York Bowhunter Ed Course. The class is free. I was talking to some guys today who said unless you go through the state site and pay $30 the online class my son is taking is no good and he will not be able to get his license. Is this the case?? Asking you because you said you were an instructor. Thanks in advance

Yeah I got probably a half dozen myself this week. A couple of them were with the trimmer right next to the foundations. Couldn’t even see them in the grass until it’s to late. I prefer to see them when I’m on the mower instead of on my feet running the trimmer. Lol.

My son played club ball for a coach who was eventually his varsity coach for 3 years. Back when my son was in 4th grade the coach on the 1st night of practice said "I will talk to you parents about anything. Playing time is not one of them. So dont ever ask me about playing time." Best words I have ever heard from a coach. Parents need to cheer. Let the coaches coach.

I read that this would need to pass in the Senate with at least 60 votes. That would mean 10 Republicans would need to vote for it. I hope that there are not 10 of them that would go for it. I have sent emails to some of them from other states. They can not email me back because I am not in there state but at least they can read it. Hopefully others from there states have been sending emails as well. Other than that I am not sure what we can do. I have not read anything favorable about any of the gun rights organizations that are out there now so they are not going to be getting any of my money at this time.

No tin this bill. In HR 127 which has been introduced to the senate. Next, the bill creates licensing requirements for the possession of a firearm and ammunition. DOJ shall issue such a license if the individual is 21 years of age or older, undergoes a criminal background check and psychological evaluation, completes a certified training course, and has an insurance policy. It also outlines the circumstances under which DOJ must deny a license (e.g., the individual was hospitalized with a mental illness). This is the section of the bill where it mentions the insurance. Really hoping this does not pass
