I usually sit on the cross bar of my top portion and face the tree,if I'm not standing ,I stand most of the day.

People in my neighborhood don't even realize that if you fly a flag you either have to illuminate it or bring it in at night ,one guy by me keeps a light on his the rest just leave them up in the dark.

I pulled cards yesterday , out of the almost 800 pictures of deer ,including pics of the same deer ,I'm at or less then 30 Inches of antler total showing LOL. Some plump tasty looking doe though.

Exactly , the area I hunt only has straight trees , I would kill for a tree with some branches for cover .

I can see a huge advantage to a mobile set up ,especially on public land when an area is new and you need to move quickly on the fly . Most areas you can find a tree that a climber will suffice ,my climber is only 14 pounds ,I don't think many set ups are gonna come in any lighter then that. I'd be so nervous about how it effect a shot with the bow .

I believe there is a more professional approach , what i did was . I put a wire rack on a cookie sheet and into the preheated oven at 300 , i put the thermometer in one of the steaks and removed when the internal temp was 130 (medium rare ish), removed and wrapped in foil and then a towel for 10 minutes while i got the searing burner on the grill as hot as it would go . Removed from foil and did a minute per side . Brought inside and took a couple pictures for the forum and then enjoyed. EDIT: I put some Montreal steak seasoning on before putting in the oven.

Did my first reverse sear with some venison steaks , amazing .

All that yard and zero archery targets set up .
