You gotta wonder what kind of hell they can make your life if you choose to work for a private company after working there . Another crazy part of the story is that he was let go because his wife was cheating on him and he had no idea until the government told him, well that and they caught him taking video of a test flight.

Just remember ,when you start getting in to brighter IR lights ,any objects between you and the target are gonna glow really bright ,it's important to get a light that focuses very narrow.

Are those units digital ? I have a digital NV monocular ,from a great deal of research ,I bought the best one possible at the time . In some Instances ,it can be as good as gen 3 NV. Distances is what will separate the quality of units. I would make sure you have the ability to try it out or be able to return it if it doesn't meet your requirements. Digital units require more user input to achieve optimum viewing conditions (gain,focus,IR intensity)

Out of curiousity ,do you pay much attention to your arrow set up? I always struggled to get my broadheads to group with my field points . It wasnt until I added more weight up front on my arrows did the two different tips hit the same. My fixed muzzy 100g shoot the same as my field tips.

Interesting, I always just figured if you cant use the one you shot then you go euro. I learned something new today.

My buddy just waited a few months longer then he was told for his whitetail ,in my opinion it was worth the wait ,it came out really nice.
