    Who was the guy who shot (i think) a deer and then a bigger deer came out and he shot that one too ,i think he drove into to town afterwards and the camera man bought a tag to put on the first deer. Or he just left the first deer laying dead, and once he realized he was gonna get in trouble he drove the guy in to town.

    Jumped 3 on the neighbors property on the way in ,then bumped what i think was a total of 12 or close to it shortly after. Theres a shelf half way up the hill ,they have busted us more time then i can count laying up on that shelf. If we could access the land from the back side ,it would be a shooting gallery for us.

    It's coming down good in 9p, I'm not missing my last hunt of the year because of some rain. I know I'll regret it if I pass and just drive home.

    Decided to wake up without the alarm today and go from there ,eating a pop tart right now ,gonna walk to the back side of the hill for a few hours and then head home once the roads are squared away.

    I use a havalon now for field dressing ,you could never get a pocket knife that sharp. My everyday pocket knife is a benchmade and gets maintained with just a cheap kitchen knife sharpener.

    We own 3 cars ,2 of them are manuals ,my wife would have 100 percent got a manual transmission in her explorer if they offered it.

    Bring back manual transmissions and be done with it , i can't stand all these new companies using 10 speed transmissions or what ever wet dream they come up with . My next truck will be old enough that a manual transmission was an option.

    I know your not new to all this but I'll post it anyhow in case a new guy comes across it . The powder is easy to measure at home and brought to the field in those nifty tubes ,just pull a tube and dump it in .
