  1. see how that works? Heck I'll buy the beer if I don't have to buy a boat!
  2. I have it off. It'll be a 2 for 1, hunt in the morning and mow the lawn for the first time in the afternoon!
  3. sorry to hear about dad. Hope he's recovering well. Always wanted a boat. Might still get one some day, but I always seem to find a friend or family member with one to take me out a few times a year. I throw them gas money and that seems to be a much better option
  4. going to be perfect for opening day in 8F. From talking with local hunters, I think that if there is any silver lining to this weather it's that it may have delayed breeding a little. And we all know NY is always late to open the season.
  5. in the south we had clay. had a decent sized shed just placed on leveling boards. up north i'd do gravel for good drainage. really depends on size and location.
  6. I couldn't help but notice some of the usual suspects hopping onto the waffle house story (which btw, that dad needs to be locked up), and then here comes an attack outside of the US in a country that often acts like their shit doesn't stink, that killed multiple people without the use of a firearm.. and it suddenly got quite. Because people still don't seem to grasp the fact that people are bad.
  7. and if it was under your deck or behind your shed. You'd be ok with him teeter toddering about in the back yard? Heck my 1 year old just pulls the tail and ears of my golden.
  8. would you let your 1 year old toddle around there?
  9. no, not really i guess. There is a comments section though. Can be quite entertaining. and disturbing...
  10. where did you get the stat that 72% of hunters on this site are meat hunters?
  11. i loved living in Mississippi. unfortunately none of my extended family was there. home is where the heart is and unfortunately that's upstate ny and our communist dictatorship.
  12. read down on the link i posted. and i hope you know i'm being a smart ass on purpose. i have no problems with you burning leaves, unless of course there's a major drought. which lord knows we're not in.
  13. the legal police will be on you in no time brother. better delete that before the edit timer runs out! http://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/58519.html
  14. is there anything to plant in the spring or is it all pretty much around the fall?
  15. or vape. no burning happy 4:20 everyone!
  16. between texas heartshot, bb killing, christ guided arrows and chest girth... i'm not sure that's really true brother.
  17. it is illegal to burn leaves in new york state. anyone of you have done such a thing are criminals alongside our coyote killing brother.
  18. those who don't take issue with his actions are &^$% bags? Your moral compass is superior. I bow to your greatness and hope one day I can be as clean edged and morally sound as thee.
  19. can't promise not to puke in it though
  20. I thought this thread had run its course two days ago* I think this thread has run its course*
  21. Me, myself and I didn't DO anything. And now you're just being petty. This is typically how my discussions with my anti-gun friends go. back and forth very civil until they just turn into a 3rd grader.
  22. i disagree. I think we are very much discussion morality. There's only 2 or 3 that are really hung up on the legality.
  23. nail on the head right there. i belong to a dozen or so. probably only active in a few. The car boards being the most fun. A few that are heavy handed are lame. Good for technical content, but slow traffic. The ones that are really loose are typically the older car forums where the make or model went away. Those that remained are just hanging on for the lolz. Heck one had a "post your wife/gf" thread that was epic for a long time.
