Sell or trade for???(I am open to whatever, would love another Elite Z28,,guns,Millenium stands or whatever you have in mind. You never know) Size is 3xl on the jacket and 42/32 on the pants, typical U.A. size fitting.I were 2xl and 38 pant usually.I can get UA base layers and sweats underneath and still get the pants and jacket on perfect. If you normally wear 2xl these will fit perfect.I have worn them 3 times and would rather have bibs that they don't offer so I bought a leftover set of Ayeton UA jacket pants.I paid almost 450 for these and they are basically brand new as you will find.350 OBO or trade. These are in the new barren camo https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/me...pid1254258-951 https://www.underarmour.com/en-us/ua...pid1247865-951

Awesome bow!!!!
-
Got a doe with my muzzleloader opening day up north and a doe the 3rd day of rifle southerntier. Past that its one of if not the worst season I have ever had for deer numbers seen.I usually see at least one nice buck(ear width or wider) and have yet to see one.Deer sightings are cut in half from normal and most deer coming in way late at night.Still have till the 16th to get it done so I may still reclaim my season

The groundhawg is the best!!
-
Anyone have a 7A they wont be using?
-
that didn't take long!!What bow are you going to get next??
-
Fair game according to the NYSAFE act

As much as I can between now and the 16th.My friends farm was all let go to fallow so I will be walking the fields of crp hoping to slow jump one after work each night.I get out at 330 and by the time I get in my clothes at my spot I have less than a hour so I figure those days will be better spent on my feet

As long as its not a down pour I go out.I use a tree umbrella and usually also raingear.Killed a doe this year up north opening day of muzzleloader, also had tons of other kills and close encounters with deer on rainy days.Turkeys also, the biggest turkey I have ever seen to this day came out to my right silent in a downpour. It was a warm spring day and the rain didn't bother me.He strutted in and sat in a strut for a few minutes and walked away the same way he came in.I never did get a shot.Just remember that they live in the rain, they cant go home and seek shelter like we can.In a steady but not heavy rain its business as usual for wildlife

Do you run after him with a bullhorn and yell encouragement like Sgt. Hartman from Full metal jacket??!!LOL
-
Right now is good, anytime really.Ours was cut 3 days before the opener and on that Monday I shot a doe off of the field. If you cant hunt a certain day watch the field for where they are coming into the field. Then I would set up just in the woods there if the wind was good
-
if you could get permission to hunt that 401 acres the little swamp has some nice pinch points in it
-
Yup that's what I have been shooting this year,I miss my Z28 and this is super close to it
-
Even if its CRP grass then it would be worth looking at.CRP deer will use as bedding, its tough to get them out of it but it can be a major draw also if the area is lacking any good bedding area in the vacinity
-
Actually that's a great idea,we used the 2 I have almost half the time we hunted this year....and he broke mine the last time we used it so he will get a wet azz the next time we hunt and it rains!!LOL
-
Hes my nephew and I am the only one to take him hunting. What does the limit have to do with anything anyways?
-
He says he stays warm(not sure if he is just saying that or not) He is a big boy and has a bunch of my hand me down camo so I know he has some decent stuff there.
-
If you use bubba's name you may end up with a sideways mohawk!!LOL Just kidding,I would look him up if it were in my neck of the woods
-
Ive already had a great season.Taken a few does, was with my nephew when he got his first on opening day and was hunting in the same woods when my friends daughter took her first deer also. Those last 2 experiences were the best.I love being part of youth hunters getting out for the first time. This is the first year I have been somewhat involved in 2 different Y.H. taking there first deer and I wasn't sure who was more excited my friend for his daughter and myself or me for my nephew!!Just a awesome experience all around!!

Well I sat this am till 930,got down and found 3 fresh rubs that weren't there sunday so I went back and laid a scent trail and also laid out some scent bombs but nothing showed. The last hour of the day it snowed pretty hard and covered me.I have killed three does on my birthday but never a buck.I always take that day off from work every year, its like my own personal holiday!!

Thanks everyone,I am currently sitting 20 feet up and waiting for the big one....well anyone to show up!!LOL
