Yea I think buck 2 and 3 are different as well. The jump from 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 is quite amazing. A lot can happen in that magical year. The only thing that catches me on buck 3 is the slant of the brow times. Very similar to the 3 1/2

Do you think that the buck in the first picture is the same buck from the last year (the other two pictures)?? This is a buck that I am going to call "6 shooter" this year and he is somewhat high on the hit list. I think he is a 3 1/2 year old. I believe that the deer in the 2nd and 3rd photo may be different deer but both 6 points as well from the 2013 season. I think the deer in the 2nd photo is a 2 1/2. If you disagree with the age guess, that is fine, I am not entirely sure. Do you think this is the same deer compared to one of the other bucks in the other photos?? Also, how do you know?? I would like to know how to compare deer from year to year as that would be really cool. We saw the 2 1/2 a lot last year and have been seeing 6 shooter a lot this year as well

Congrats on the bird. Keep that relationship going for as long as you can. I have hunted with my dad since I could, and I am now 23. We tagged out (for that day IMO) Saturday morning with long beards as well. No greater reward than hunting with the man that taught you how to hunt.
