Got to the camera today couldn't wait to see what I had on it. Well either I never turned it on or sombody turned it off for me. I would like to believe that someone turned it off for me but I think I forgot to turn it on damn it.

I took my first three deer only pulling 43 pounds. You just have to know your shot placment.

As long as it WORKS it can't be bad. Some of these tools sound good but sometimes make it harder and longer to clean the animal. My father once read that you could clean a rabbit by making an incision by the butt and then take the rabbit buy the front legs and swinging it fast and stopping it with your legs. When you suddenly stop the rabbit with your legs all the guts and inards are suppose to fly out of the rear end. Well it sounded good and I was glad my father read that somewhere because they day he tried it he got a skunk stripe up his back and I laughed so hard I almost peed myself. Something should just be done the old fasion way. Tried and true

I get mine oregon. The lady will make you almost any color custom flemmish strings. I color code them to wood of my different bows. Make a huge difference in the look.

No question is a stupid question specially when you are trying to be safe.

Albany county has alot of land to hunt but there are people all over. I am not saying you can't find nice deer though, they are here you just have to put your time in. Where are u specifically hunting? Albany is tricky because there is a huge area that is bow only but some of it is shotgun. All of 4j is bow only the rest is shotgun. You have partridge run I think that is 4h. Saratoga county has some good state hunting and isn't that far is a drive. If you have any questions pm me I have lived in the area my whole life so I will try to help you out any way possible.

Do you know what is better having bought it years ago and being that much closer to hunting for free. It is definatly a step in the right direction.

All I was stating is that you can hung close as close as you want now. Why change the law when it can protect SOME land owners from people being to close.

Interesting article. Thanks for sharing it. I believe that there are big deer anywhere you go. I have said this before and got flack for it but there will always be a dominate buck chasing does in any area. They are big for one reason they are smart and you don't see them. I do believe that their are areas with many more big bucks than others. I have taken some very very nice deer in places where people say there is nothing bigger than a basket rack six. Then I show them my mounts and they argue that I didn't shoot that deer anywhere near there. There Are big bucks in your area just put in your time.
