    Daughter and I counting "sleeps" until Saturday like we would until Christmas. So looking forward to having her out there . Weather is looking good so far too. Cool mornings, little overcast. Good luck to all taking out a youth and enjoy the wonderful moments

    Any idea how many states allow all day hunting versus not ? Since I've never hunted birds past noon it's tough to form an opinion Whether I'm disturbing nesting birds , will I kill birds after noon etc. I love getting up at 3 am and sitting in the dark awaiting the woods to come alive however. Noon sometimes takes awhile if things are slow and not sure I could last the whole day anyhow.

    retired for 7 years now. Breaking 80 would be my goal after figuring out which end of the club to hold. Having more fun hiking , fishing , shooting and hunting with daughter than getting pizzed I missed a putt or two.

    we play couples euchre. The ladies have 2 drinks and for the rest of the night they ask " what's trump ?" Ugh. And after 3 drinks it's " what's trump ?" Um, you called it dear Double ugh

    Exactly. A couple of morons overdoing it will indeed ruin it for the rest of us. They'll make tannerite illegal before we know it. Actually surprised in NYS it's not already.

    Have not been to Long Trail. Next time you go to VT if you do grab some Alchemist Heady Topper , Focal Banger or Lawson's Sip of Sunshine , double Sunshine. Best IPA 's you may ever have.
