    I called the doc first thing this morning, just to be safe. I told her it had to be removed with the tool and not just flicked off, and that it was less then 24 hours but would rather stay on the pro-active side of the issue. Nurse said I didn't need to go in but to keep and eye open for symptoms.

    Had a couple glasses of Sierra Nevada with dinner tonight. Nice hearty beer.

    Went to The Twisted Kilt with friends. Everyone but me had burgers with sea salt and cracked pepper fries, and loved them. I ordered the Kilt Burner wings which were good, but not really hot. Had a couple glasses of Sierra Nevada beer which was really good.

    I'd forget the cams and put a new gun in the cabinet. But, that's just me.

    The thing I love the most about Robin's posts it is really hunting. No cams, no food plots, just a hunter, the woods, and a will to be in nature. I read his posts and look at the pics and vids, and I get pumped to be in the woods. Be it camping, hunting, hiking, or w/e.

    Yes. The first season of Alone a dude tapped out after a few hours too. If I remember he was just an average dude, and got scared of being alone. The dude that tapped out this season got scared of bear scat. He had a great location too, water and flat land for shelter. That show really does test the fortitude of your mental capacity in very extreme circumstance. But, unlike the other shows, Alone offer a huge prize. $500,000 for the one stays the longest. Last years winner lasted 56 days to get the prize.

    Yeah, my g/f called everyone in both are families and I am getting the same thing. They all say call the doc and get in just to be safe. So I will go in tomorrow.

    What was graphic? LMAO! No, I didn't think about taking a picture either. To be honest, it scares me that you want to see a pic of my naked belly jjb. Seriously, it scares me.

    Great video again Robin. Thank you for bringing us along. My favorite still picture is the evening one. Withe mountains in the background and the tent lit, it gives an ambiance that really captures a tent trip near dusk. Again, thank you for bringing us along on your adventure.

    Went for a hike yesterday with a buddy. Checked for ticks when we left the woods and neither of us found anything. I get up this morning, hit the shower and feel something on my stomach. I have the g/f check ( I am a chubby guy and with now full length mirror I couldn't see it ). Sure enough it was a frikin' tick. She gets the tool we have and removes it. Never had a tick latch on before. Anybody not catch one of these suckers till the next day?

    Spent the early afternoon hiking with a bro. Came home and made some BBQ chicken. Made the potato salad in the AM, added homemade pickles. Chicken looks dark but that's because it was done low and slow with 6 layers of Sweet Baby Rays.

    I'm not a big fan of the .22LR. Even in an AR format. I can't explain it. I just want that rifle! It might have to have a silly grip, and the anti-gun people may bash me for it, but if my ATV sells I am buying this rifle.
