  1. Nice! I love yellow perch, one of the best fish for a chowder IMO. Looks like you had a good day Law.
  2. I spewed a comment. I thought this would fade out. The original post wan't even about NY. I guess anything to argue will work. The OP wasn't about NY.
  3. Great work Grampy! That came out great!
  4. Was just a reference as to what they looked like. Here's some from federal. https://www.midwayusa.com/product/953416334/federal-game-shok-ammunition-22-long-rifle-25-grain-12-shot-shotshell. I meant the only ones I have seen were the crimped ends. Should be great ammo for unwanted pests.
  5. Not being a big fan of the .22 the only shot shells I remembered looked like these, https://www.equipsupply.com/22-cal-grn-load-32cw-100-pk.html?gclid=CL6M6N7CgswCFY5ZhgodVYQB8Q .
  6. Few DiGiorno pizzas and chips and salsa. Having guests and man those people can eat when it's free. LOL
  7. Splurging tonight. LOL
  8. Never seen them in a .22 long, only .22 short. Never seen them colored either.
  9. I guess it depends. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Martial+Law If he does go that route, it won't be a civil war. It will get real ugly real fast. Antler restrictions, crossbows, and nuclear pigs will be the least of your worries.
  10. Actually, I am a really nice guy in person, and if we are friends there isn't much I wouldn't do for a friend. On the web I am still a good guy depending on how other's come off. I had a bunch of pics of myself up, I took them down. This is me about 5 years ago fishing a private lake in Malone, NY.
  11. Do they still make those .22 shot shells? They were funny looking, at least the ones I have seen, all crimped at the end.
  12. Pan fried steak with butter, side of steamed baby taters and veggies from a bag. Yes' it's bloody, the g/f will have to cut a hunk off and cook to her taste. LOL
  13. I sent a few letters to my area for dove hunting, I admired Mike for being so passionate about it, even posted a few times for the deer hunters complaining about the new regs to take a page from Mike's book and get petitions going. I was never against it. Never even came close to saying I was. I stated more then once, I wasn't for it or against it, but had no issue helping out with the letters or petitions. Where my issue came in was making a thread about doves concealed as an ammo debate. There were more then 3 of us that called him on that. Good luck with getting the season in. I am sure the three separate posts he has about the same thing will help a lot.
  14. I just checked my sneakers for poop. Something started to smell funny.
  15. I try different beer from time to time. The last one I liked, was last Summer, Saratoga Lager, that was a good beer even with Mountain House Chili Mac for dinner. I am just not big on the heavy beers, and I don't want my beer to taste like a cherry pop-tart or chocolate chip cookie. LOL
  16. Hello and welcome. We have a beer menu and a dinner menu. Oh, and some great hunters as well.
  17. The only thing high tech I have for hunting is a compass. LOL
  18. That's a nice looking rifle. Sounds like it has proven itself time and time again in the woods. I agree 100%! My guns have synthetic stocks and they are nice looking, but I wish I could have found what I wanted in my budget with walnut stocks. Nothing nicer then a nice wood stock and a blued barrel.
  19. That came out great! The plate and old brass on the bottom really set it off.
  20. I always had the free flip phone that came with the contract until last June. Then we upgraded to smart phones. Mainly because I wanted to use some of the hunting apps. out there. I ended up deleting all of them off the phone, LOL.
  21. I drink Grolsch about once a year, if that, but man I love that beer. Stella and Heiny a few times a year. Most often if there's beer in the fridge its Bud, or occasionally Yeungling.
  22. Nice bird for sure. Good luck with him and good luck in KY.
  23. Pretty much the same as most. Building forts, camping, fishing, hunting, bicycles, ATV's & dirt bikes, sledding, playing guns, paint ball, doing things with air guns we weren't supposed to do, sneaking beers, and just having fun. I played video games, but not a lot back then. If I was able to be outside I was.
