Just heard this on my local news, our local store will be one bought by sportsman’s warehouse. I haven’t been in the F&S since their crap they pulled. It will be nice to have a large sporting goods retailer that supports the second amendment that I can support with my cash. Looks like the Henrietta store also ..

Ok, so we have the wife’s a vector 32 on the right , that I had dipped in muddy girl camo, ordered carbon fiber look limbs and custom strings and RKT # 1 cam’s. Built and tuned for her by me. And yes she’s killed deer with it . The one next to it is my old 04 Protec long draw , that I have killed a pile of deer with. Will be doing a complete redo on the old girl some time. Second is my sons reflex bighorn ( us older archers will remember Hoyt’s budget line ) I’ve asked him if he wants a newer bow and he’s like no you bought it for my 16th birthday and there’s nothing wrong with it. And last is my 14 Hoyt faktor that I just love to shoot. Those Z5 cams are super smooth and it’s such a accurate bow.

Oh I know, just thought it was funny that this new lease we have does coming out our ears and no tags .

I won’t be making it out till the 12-13th and even then it depends on the weather , if it’s warm I won’t be going. So what’s your first day of archery ?

My wife and myself did not get doe permits this year, our area was low 1st and no 2nd . Now usually what happens and this has been the case for the last several years. We would rotate year to year I would get one she wouldn’t then she would get one I wouldn’t. So I go and pull my cards on my 3 cameras that have been out for 4 weeks and I have photos of nothing but does. Go figure , but with that many does I am hoping when the rut kicks in we’ll be visited by some buck. We do have our archery either sex tag , but it is nice to have a doe tag if a nice size doe presented a shot in early season and one didn’t have to use that either sex tag. Oh well it is what it is, just thought it was funny ..
