  1. Corned venison Reuben... only missing the kraut Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Sorta like Domingo German? Who picked a terrible time to be an A-Hole.
  3. When your baby eats better food than you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Looks good but where’s the Before pic??
  5. I'm just hoping some of Moog's bucks get depressed from continually being passed on... so they wander my way.
  6. @WNY Bowhunter Those are studs... I cant imagine the monster bucks that you're not showing us.
  7. Thats the same approach I took as a kid... loading 5 or 6 bbs into my bb gun. If it works on starlings, its gotta work on deer!
  8. I think at this point "dropping due to loading up leg muscles" can be referred to as "ducking the arrow". It's easier to say and most of us understand whats going on. If deer were smart enough to actively dodge an arrow coming in at 200 mph... we wouldn't have a chance.
  9. Possibly a bastard too
  10. No... this is a rat tail
  11. Well that escalated quickly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. At least you know the cooked brains aren’t going to waste!
  13. I should be up in a tree by 4PM... should be hot and buggy. I checked my records for the past 5 years... warmest temp Iv killed a deer is 68 degrees. Maybe Ill break a record! (More likely Ill sweat my ass off, but at least Ill get the stand all set up for Sat morning.)
  14. Great job with the last track! Losing a wounded deer can be very tough and emotional (as it should be). Helping that 12 year old recover his first deer will leave a lasting impression on him.
  15. You're on your way to having a remote operated crossbow in that tower. Or even better... attached to your drone.
  16. Yea... boiling doesnt take that long, and you have more control. As gross as it is scooping cooked brain out of the skull base... dealing with a rotten decaying head seems worse.
  17. Trim away as much flesh as possible. Simmer it (outside) to soften things up. De-brain and scrape remaining flesh. Wrap antler bases in plastic wrap and tin foil. Soak in oxi-clean.
  18. Baked flounder and tomato salad Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Beautiful morning... only thing that was missing was the deer. Time to go fishing! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
