  1. Fox go for fawns? Or you’re saying it may die and a fox will eat it? We are loaded with fox and the deer don’t seem to mind them at all. Sometimes yearlings harass the foxes.
  2. Just power-washed my deck beer..
  3. I know meat touching during smoking is blasphemy... but I bought 3 racks when I thought it was 2. I’ll rotate them throughout the process, they’re not stacked, just overlapped. Good bews to the additional neighbors who scored a dinner invite.
  4. Nothing like what @mowin is up to today... but Iv got 3 racks of ribs in the fridge with a light rub on them. Planning to smoke 4-5 hours.
  5. Good to hear. I just got a traeger with a nice rubberish fitted cover. It will sit outside 3 seasons. For winter I’ll keep it in a shed, but I’m sure I’ll still pull it out occasionally to use under an E-Z up. For @Nytracker... I don’t expect it to replace my gas or charcoal grills. it’s just used for smoking, and so far it’s been great.
  6. Wow, nice job... I feel like Im slacking, but I’ve only taken 4 days off since Covid started, so I guess I have an excuse. Pressure washing the deck tomorrow AM to start the STAINing process. Then next weekend we are starting a project to update the guest room.
