  1. DEC says 17" uncocked for limb outter tip of limbs, the Sub 1 is 13.50 axle to axle, and the limbs appear lined up with its axles.... Now Mission Charge says adjustable up to 225 lbs....DEC says a maximum peak draw weight of 200 lbs. Soooo, I can't set that Charge crossbow at 200 by the sounds of it.
  2. Thank you, that is what I thought, but wanted to be 100%
  3. Is the Sub 1 legal for NY hunting? Honestly, get a little confused with specs, and their wording. Thanks
  4. So I went and looked at crossbows today finally at my local bow shop. Is the Mission Sub 1 legal or not? I am looking at the Mission Charge, and certain NY legal 10 Point crossbows.
  5. Dont have trader Joe's anywhere near here. Its literally Walmart, Shoprite, or Price Chopper.
  6. What do you mean its so clear I couldn't make it? If I am going to actually make real crab cakes I am NOT using canned crab meat, lol. I should try it all kidding aside. Its just the pictures get me at times, and seafood is rarely on my mind.
  7. Ok, here goes.. Get into vehicle Head to nearest supermarket. Purchase SeaQueen box push crab cakes. Be sure to remove from the cardboard box, AND plastic inner bag AFTER preheating oven to 425. Place on the middle rack, leave in until desired crisp. These are box push...i dont know how to make these, lol.
  8. I am moving to Maine, taking my dad, and girlfriend, and never coming back. Good luck Rob, hope one of us wins.
  9. Mini beer battered blue crab cakes, with jalepenos, and cheese.
  10. Salami and swiss sammiches. Jerky/snack sticks, small snickers, cookies. Water, and coffee.
  11. My girlfriend sent it to me, we crack up over some of the salad jokes.
  12. Still waiting for it to be brought in for me to look at...if they dont bring it in this week, I am.going to go my bow shop, and look at a Mission 400 crossbow. Thanks Al Bundy
  13. Thanks bugs, looking at it as I type this. At first site, it looks like you are about to shoot yourself, odd sight at first.
  14. 15-18' usually over the years, between ladder stands, and the climber. This year I added a 15' ladder stand, and now have a 20' ladder stand the previous owner added an extra section to. 20' is my max, still not the most comfortable, but slowly adapting to it.
  15. We have a cabin up in the Adirondacks, its not THAT bad driving far. Get out of Sullivan, and go a bit further it will be worth it. Leave early on a friday, and stay until Monday if its possible. Definitely a lot of city birds up here, every first couple Sunday's during regular season, it is like the weekender's MUST shoot EVERY bullet they brought up around mid afternoon, sounds like a small war.
  16. I prefer 2 person ladder stands, but do like a climber so I can more around, when I feel like it.
