Just saw a news video on FB about that. Got hit by a semi with a cow catcher on it. State biologist said it was probably less than a week out of hibernation. Think of how big that thing was last November!

Good thing they’re coming down. That’s a lot of trees in tight quarters!

I have numerous ash trees that look exactly like that top pic. Usually get a year or two after that shows up and then it’s dead.

Hmm, I like burning ash. Burns hot and leaves good coals. So easy to split, and I like the smell of it burning. If I didn't still have tons of dead, standing ash, I'd come help you out!

Wolc, you have me semi-interested in trying this out. I’ve been an adventurous eater before so I figure, why not? But it got me wondering, you still discard the, you know, the schwanz, right? I’ll try almost anything, but I draw a hard line at the schwanz.

Yup, that was mine. Got an '18 Tundra now. And about a zillion mouse traps in the garage.

Dow is up 5.5% just after the open. 5.5% ain't what it used to be, lol.

I had random electrical problems in a Tundra I used to own. Over a few moths it went from random occasional to frequent in different systems. Found out that rodents attacked the wires in a few different places, and moisture was causing havoc. Was hard to see the damage at first.

Not for me yet. I jumped to the sidelines when the dow was at 22,800. I need to see a strong trend, not just a daily whip-saw effect. I'd feel much different if I was 20 years younger.

We got about 4 inches of heavy wet on the hilltop we live on. Melting fast though. Not much at all at the lower elevations.

I read that one of the first positive tests in Bath, NY was at this type of event. Steuben County resident who tested positive attended party BATH – Steuben County confirmed its first two positive test result for coronavirus. The Steuben County Public Health Department received notification overnight Friday a Town of Bath resident tested positive for COVID-19. The person is isolated and being monitored by the Health Department. Health officials also learned Friday that the individual attended an event March 14 with about 100 people at the Bath Fire Department, and officials are in the process of contacting other attendees.
