Got this 7 point with a funky left side on my camera this past weekend... Cool looking buck though.... I like the 8 pt as well

I won' two bags of the stuff at a Whitetail Unlimited banquet..... so it was FREE... I like free... LOL... but yes... When I run out.. I will do that for sure..

damn.... Figured it wouldn't be able to change.. it's just the perfect time to have the pics be clear.. LOL

Right now I like the new Primos cameras... EXCEPT for the transition period between day time pics and night time pics... I'm trying to find out if I can adjust the sensitivity to stop it from whitening out... otherwise, set up and use, battery life to date is GREAT and easy...

We shall see.... At least I have "target" bucks this year... Past few years the biggest bucks I had on camera were 1.5 year old 4 & 5 points... Hell, the does are bigger bodied... LOL

The farm I hunt does not have a lot of big bucks on it.... in fact, these two are the biggest I've had on camera for years, an 8 and a 7 pt..... The cool part is if you look straight back from the 8 pt on the right you can see the steps to my ladder stand... Hoping I can put an arrow into either of these bucks.... And the coyote I have running around in front of my cameras.. LOL

Going to put in some throw and grow in a few weeks (8/27 & 28), heading out Sunday (8/14) to rake out some areas and I'm going to throw about 25 lb's of pulverized lime down in the area and hopefully get it rained in over the next two weeks.... Using pulverized to get it into the soil faster over pelletized. Also has anyone ever limed a grass field around their stands to sweeten the grass to make it more desirable for deer??? Wondering if it will work... putting in two throw & grow spots and figured while I was out I would do this to the grass around two stands I have on field edges.... Your thoughts on the above???

If they do that and kill just 1 person I would sue them and the state.....

Saves us 10,000 bucks every year.... Worth it to me to educate people... I know some will shoot them knowing what they are... can't stop that... their choice...

I like drop away's.... less contact with the arrow.... less chance for you to mess the shot up... if your form is great, the biscuit works fine.. but I'll always shoot a drop away...

20 % of DMP tags go to button bucks says a lot of people need to learn how to tell the difference between a button buck and a small doe...

But those look DAMN yummy too!!!

We make soup out of the back, things, legs & wings.... Then make turkey salad out of the breast meat.... Poach the meat... Then with a for pull it apart like pulled pork.. then the wife adds Mayo and a bunch of other things... it comes out AMAZING!!!!
