Had an older Bushnell. Debris got inside. Still worked but annoying to see those little specks whenever I looked through them. Sent it into Bushnell. They wouldn't replace fully since the model was no longer in production. Offered to exchange it for a current model at a discounted price. I forked over a little extra money and got the Bushnell The Truth with the Arc Compensation thingamajig. Not completely happy with Bushnell's warranty as the discount wasn't all that great.

Like bisceglia said, everyone bends the rules a little here and there but blatant violations is another story. I would never rat out a friend. If you're a true friend you'll try your best to change their ways. I wouldn't hunt with them though. Acquaintances and anyone else lower in the friendship totem pole gets ratted out. Snitches get stitches attitude is why communities go into the dumpster.

12 gauge with #6 steel shot. 22LR. .25 pellet air gun. I've had similar results from my 17HMR. Squirrel was almost ripped entirely in half on a double lung shot so I stopped using it.

it's not the whole leg. It's just the knuckle right pass the hooves. What little meat is left if more equivalent to a shoulder roast. The main part of this dish is the skin which is fried to a crisp that you can bend a piece and it'll snap off and you eat it as if it's pork rind. It's more of an appetizer/snack. They pick the knuckle because it's filled with so much tendon but not a lot of fat so the tendon gives you the texture and taste of pork fat without the cholesterol. They give you a dipping sauce on the side but I never use it.
