They knew they can't get 100% compliance. 80% was their goal. As long as the baton doesn't keep getting passed to the next person, then the first few people would eventually recover (or die) and the health care system wouldn't get overwhelmed.

My cousin flew back from Chicago at the end of June. Shortly there after, her mom got COVID and then less than a week later my her dad (my uncle) got COVID. They didn't have to be hospitalized even though my uncle would be considered high risk (62 and mild diabetes). This past Thursday (about 3 weeks later), my uncle suffered a stroke. The bleeding has stopped so the doctors don't feed surgery is necessary. So far he hasn't shown the ability to move his right arm or right leg but we won't know fully until the blood is re-adsorbed. He's sedated this whole time. Tracing as far back as my great great grandparents on either side, not a single one of us ever had a stroke. (Cancer is our preferred drink apparently) My uncle is the first. Not saying it's COVID induced but one has to wonder.

Of course we won't know that yet but whether that is true or not, you don't think 2020 is an outlier considering all that is going on this year?

Meaning you only plan on hunting in 3S? You can't get shot by a rifle in public land that doesn't allow rifles. One or two accidents happen each year but considering the number of hunters there are, you have a better chance of getting hit by a car. I wouldn't worry about it just wear your blaze orange. There are tons of DEP land that you can hunt in 3S. Know the rules of each land you hunt. One DEP property in 3S might have a different rule than another DEP property also in 3S. If you venture out of 3S, Chef had recommended some locations. I'd also add Stewart State Forest to that list too.

Thanks all for the birthday wishes. Wife actually setup a little shin dig at Captain Lawrence Brewery on Sunday. Apparently they also distill liquor and it's 5 shots for $5. I was too shit faced to take much of any pics. Then at night, she drove me to my niece and bf/fiancé's place where he had just purchased some new fancy shmancy hookah and the drinking continued. Most fun I've had in quite some time.

Since there's no average for me to weight down, I guess I'm in on team #1.
