Any diet might work but once you go back to your normal eating habits, the weight will just come right back. Fad diets are all a sham. If you want to not only lose weight but to keep it off you need a lifestyle change.

I do the 12 to 7 fast. I fast between the hours of midnight and 7AM. From 7AM till midnight, I eat as much as possible knowing I'm about to fast again after midnight. I call it the "Gremlin" diet. My wife tells me "you know, exercise isn't enough. diet is also important." I tell her I exercise so that I can eat whatever I want. Whenever someone tells me I should "watch what I eat" I always tell them "I always watch what I eat. If I ever look away the food gets on my chin or on my nose. It'll get really messy." Seriously all joking aside, I just drop the $2500 for the Peloton this afternoon. Unfortunately delivery not till mid-Oct. Will see if it helps.

You know you can create your own priority list in yahoo for the autodraft? Or you can just copy their entire list over then remove those guys off of it so it assures that yahoo will draft the next available player instead.

I've been in another league for over 13 years. We have one female in the group. She doesn't know much about football. It's a live draft. Every year she prints out yahoo's rankings and picks based off of that. She doesn't even know half the players she drafts. She only knows that according to yahoo, he is the next best available player. Every year we laugh at her team. Yet, she is the only 3 time champion in the league. No one else has won more than once.

suggestions: 1. for prize, everyone should just add money ($10 or whatevers) to a gift card to cabelas or something. sending random hunting items to someone who might not want or need the item isn't so great. 2. teams should name their teams in accordance to their huntingNY handle so we know who's who.

I bought my son his lifetime 2 years ago. Being that he's 6 years old, he obviously hasn't taken his hunters safety. But it's been silent the last two years. Is he suppose to get something in the mail?

Tons of watershed land in Westchester that you can access as a bowhunter. Make sure you get your free DEP permit before you go and read the rules to each location as they vary. Things change year to year. Once everyone finds the hot spot, the deer thin out and move to a new location. After a few years of it being dead, deer comes back. Having not been in the woods for 2 years, I was able to sneak out for a day last year. Returned to one of my spots last year and it was dead. Welcome Jacob. I live in the Bronx but had to take a pause on hunting for the last 2 years or so due to kids but I try to make it out there whenever I can.

So this just happened a couple of hours ago. My oldest has gotten a habit of climbing into our bed. After he falls back asleep I carry him back to his room. This time, when I go to close my bedroom door while carrying him, I slammed the door over toe. This is after cleaning it up and icing it on and off for an hour.
