  1. Wu-Tang Clan is the name of a music group. As with all music group/artist, some people will consider it music while others won't.
  2. You might be right. I think RZA was his producer or something like that.
  3. You're missing Masta Killa and Cappadonna.
  4. A pager and a pocket full of quarters?
  5. If I go into further detail I feel another upstate versus downstate argument is going to pop out of no where. College sports versus pro sports. NASCAR versus OTB.
  6. A lot of money, research, and statistical analysis goes into it. Whether you want to deny the correlation or not. For example, those supermarket savings cards that you attach to you keychain to get weekly discounts? They track your purchases based on zip code and other information. This way, the supermarket knows what to put in the weekly ads. If they notice more people are this town are buying this brand of bread etc. You even see it on this site where the ads on the side receives its information based on other websites you've visited.
  7. Came across this. http://rochester.ynn.com/content/top_stories/490926/jury-finds-roderick-scott-not-guilty/ Black neighborhood watch volunteer shoots a 16 year old white male in self defense when he claimed the youth lunged at him. He was acquitted. No riots broke out.
  8. He doesn't care about voters because he can't be re-elected so right now he's concerned about leaving a legacy which can be even more dangerous.
  9. Working in IT, we get a lot of phones that passes through our hands. Due to popularity, we mainly get Blackberrys (trash! Including the new Z10 and Q10) and iPhones. Several Driods (not a fan) and the new Windows phone (actually pretty sweet). Only 2 users I know went with the S4. This is mainly based on the deals that my company gets so its only the users that that are high enough to charge whatever they want and not have anyone review it. Both of them like their phones but they both went from Blackberry to Galaxy so that's not saying much. The brief time I did play with it, it seems like a great phone. Some love the huge screen, some hate that its big in their pocket. The classic "I want a tiny laptop with a huge screen" argument. It's not going to happen. If you want a 15" screen, your laptop will never be smaller than 15". So you need to ask yourself what's a priority to you. One person did say when it's in their pocket and they sit down, it presses up against their torso since it's so big but they've learn to live with it. The Galaxy feels a little cheaply made (flimsy plastic). The touch screen is a little too sensitive. What I mean by that is if you look on your keyboard. If want to text "in". When you press the "I" and then go to press the "n", your finger will pass over the "j" and even though you actually don't make contact with the screen, it enters the "j". For slow typers, they never notice this problem. For speed typers who live off their phones, they sort of find it a little annoying but not enough to be a deal breaker. Sorry I can evaluate the S4 in more detail but I've given you what little I do have.
  10. A picture is worth a thousand words. I have no problem with the article being ran. I just have a problem with them glamourizing the photo. If it was a photo of him that was a little more frazzled and disheveled, I think there would not have been public any outcry.
  11. What kills me is that small pockets of riots broke out and Detroit just filed for bankruptcy. Instead of coming out and calming everyone down by saying something along the line of "we understand but lets be civilized and peaceful", Obama comes out and gives a speech that basically amounts to "we blacks have a reason to be angry." I mean, seriously!?! This is our leader?
  12. The problem is that the picture is slightly filtered and photoshoped and looked eerily similar to their cover they did with Jim Morrison. Also since Rolling Stone is a music magazine which normally does not cover anything other than the music industry which is why the general public feels like the picture is making the terrorist look like a rock legend.
  13. My wife and I were just platonic friends for a few years. Her friend is married to my friend so we use to all hang out. I was a perpetual dater and she use to try to set me up with some of her friends but we never thought of each other in that way. The our mutual friends became parents and then all of a sudden the group of four went down to two so we started spending more time together which eventually lead to certain benefits. One night I was out with another woman who asked me to go up to her apartment for a "cup of coffee" and for some odd reason I froze and all I could think of was I wanted to go see her. It was like a light bulb went off. All through the drive from that woman's apartment to her place I kept on thinking how I've been chasing around trying to find the right woman and she was right there in front of me the whole time. We got married 2 years later.
  14. Thanks, landtracdeerhunter. I'm already losing sleep. Aware OP is talking about receiving his current lifetime in the mail. I just performed a sneak attack on his thread.
  15. Yeah the cost is hard to swallow, especially with a baby along the way but I figure I suck it up now and it'll save me in the long run. I know I'll be hunting in some form or another for a very long time.
  16. I'm going for my lifetime this year.
  17. Rolling Stones put this creep next to Jim Morrison by having similar covers. If there's any picture they should put on the cover of a magazine of this creep should be a picture of him after he got shot in the throat.
  18. Here's a good tip that I use. I stay in my air condition office and when lunch time comes around I order delivery.
  19. Like Biz said, it will be forever before the population gets to a point it'll be abundant enough to hunt but it'll at least be awesome to see one in the wild wandering around. If I can't shoot it with my rifle, I'll be just as happy to shoot it with my camera.
  20. Some people say "harvest". Some people say "kill". I personally use the phrase "take" or "took". But lets be honest. Whether you "harvested", "killed", or "took" a deer, the means and results are all the same. They are all a result of a projectile going through a vital organ resulting in the end of it's life. I don't think a deer would rather be "harvest" instead of "destroyed" or vice versa.
  21. Just out of curiosity. Why would a farmer use his time to thin out the herd and hire an extra hand to help him tend to his crops? Why not hire one less hand, help with the crops himself, and have someone else thin out the herd for free?
  22. Obama worsen the situation by elevating Trayvon into sainthood even before most of the evidence has been revealed. I was telling everyone for months now that Zimmerman will be acquitted and riots will start and everyone knew as well. Why didn't the he do more than make a simple address to prevent rioting from occurring? Why didn't he stand strong against it. If I was him, I would issue something more along the lines of "rioting will not be tolerated!" instead of the "okay, now, lets be calm, ok?" that he did.
  23. Just notice my error on my last response. "kids youth" was suppose to say "kids innocence".
