Damn. I was hoping the Browns blow their pick on a QB. I want my Giants to draft Saquon Barkley. With Tyrod Taylor and the Kizer, odds are they're going to take Barkley or that Guard from Notre Dame.

Smartphones may have been the straw the broke the camels back but the first breakdown occurred when women entered the workforce leaving children to fend for themselves. In no way am I against women in the workforce but parents as a whole need to be more involved in their children's lives. I believe social media can be helpful so as long as it isn't abused. Social media is suppose to be used to enhance the human interactions and not replace it. With a lack of parental involvement, sadly, it is instead replacing human interactions. I think parents need to do more to help teach their children how to deal with and navigate social situations instead of just throwing them to the wolves.

I'm thinking of making the switch from Optimum (Spectrum) to Verizon FIOS. Gigabit speed for 1/2 the cost.

My wife is awesome. She use to encourage me to hunt. Helps prepare my snacks, etc. Its kids that ended all that. She works just as much as I do except when we get home, she'll cook, clean, makes sure the kids are fed, bathe, and ready for bed.. She just expects me to keep an eye on one of them while she preps the other. There's absolutely no way she can do that by herself while I'm gone for hours on end. All kidding aside, I have nothing to complain about.

Yes and no. You're only as fast as your slowest link but now a days you're stuff has to be ridiculously old not to support 100 Mbps. 10 Mbps was already ancient 20 years ago.

Most internet is shared so if you live next door to @turkeyfeathers, you're speed will be slow while he's streaming porn. Still, getting in the teens is ridiculous. You should be averaging around 60-90 Mps.

Wife has a conference in Athens, Greece in April. Flight and hotel paid for. Now if I can find a way to off load the kids, I'll just have to pay for my flight. I'll be in the red with points though. Happy husband = will probably hear some complaints when hunting.

Best decision I ever made...other marrying my wife I guess. Had 20/60 and 20/80 plus astigmatism in the eye with 20/60. Came out with 20/15 and 20/20 and no more astigmatism. It's also been about 15 years now. I think my vision has diminished. The surgeon did warn me that it would happen though. The way he phrased it: "I can reset the clock back to zero for you but the clock will keep on ticking. You can't stop father time". Once my vision gets bad again till the point where I will need something to function, I will most definitely have it done again.
