When Do You Call It Too Cold To Hunt Small Game?

The last two sits were 25 and 35 degrees.not really cold but dont mind the cold.dont think it would stop me.the problem im having is i havent seen any sence the last week of gun season!the woods was loaded with rats and now its empty -

Dont believe so but not 100% sure.grandmothers neighbors are up there alot(Double G Ranch).hes big into the steer wrestling.have never heard him talk about the bull riding -
Head shots!hit a woodchuck at 200yrds with 17 hmr hollow points and at 200 it did some damage.can imagine close range on a tree rat!

Looks like a fun day!few years back we had a bunch of brush piles we made up from the trails and what a blast it was with the rabbits!havent done it sence but would sure love to again.keep at em!

Usually pretty decent fishing.place gets crazy when they release hatchery fish.every once in a while i like to hit it in the off season as its not elbow to elbow.have caught a brookie or two in there aswell

Very nice!been thinking alot about getting into recurve.love bow hunting on the ground behind something.i can picture a spot and stalk in my future with a curve.would be really cool!now ive just gotta get one and practice practice practice!haha
