I have a Copper John Deatd Nutz Pro, never had a problem with it.

That big 10 is just asking to be taken, hes a slob. Id say the 9 and the drop tine are 3 year olds, the 9 may be 2. Id shoot either that big 10 or the drop tine, maybe even that 9.

A good way to end up with a lawsuit too.

BTW, this place is 100% unmanaged. People shoot anything and everything they want. Some of us pass the little guys, others dont. If those of us with the right mindset had actual control of this place, it could be amazing.

LOL. Im actually going to be taking a youth to this farm for the special youth hunt Columbus Day if we can get one registered through our branch program. The kid will be welcome to kill anything thats on the farm.

We have no cull bucks, just bucks that havent reached their potential, and others that never will because some of the guys shoot anything on the farm.

Here are some screen shots of some of the bucks on my hit list this year. This guy (on the left) is a great 8 point, wouldnt score much, but is he ever wide! I am calling him Yard Stick. Hes on my list. This guy is a great deer, but I think he may be only 2 1/2. I dont know if I could resist a shot at him, but Im going to try to if given a chance. I havent figured out what to call him yet. The last one Im calling Stunner because he is just a beautiful example of what I consider the picture perfect 8. Im up in the air as to him being 2 1/2 or 3 1/2, but Im probably going to pass him this year regardless, as I want to see him next year. These seem to be the only good bucks on the farm so far this year, and Im not 100% yet that 2 of them arent transients just passing through. I have a few other freaky looking young bucks, but I have to pull screen shots from the videos for them still.

Im all for voting anyone out that voted pro-safe act. The crossbow issue is much further down my list of priorities. If Sweeny had voted against the safe act, Id like to see him stay regardless of what he has pulled with crossbows. That issue is much more easily resolved than the safe act debacle.

The words being yelled out thing has been going on for years. I was at the tourney Friday and heard guys yelling stuff. As long as they arent messing with someones shot, whats the big deal? I hear a guy yell Rutabaga the first time, then he BaBa-Booey'ed on the next hole. Other guys were just yelling "In The Hole" at every putt. Gotta let people have their fun.

When I call people out, or ask them to stop doing something, its either because they are breaking the rules and I point them out specifically, or I just give everyone a general request to stop. Very possible. Its a prime example of why one person in particular should not hold enough power to derail things like that. Its an issue that should be given the chance to be voted on by the Assembly.

Its easier for a beginner to pick up. I agree, I wasnt as "hard core" of a deer hunter until I picked up my bow either, but Id venture to say that most people's first taste involves gun season.

Somehow they are guiding his decisions. How? Im not going to make baseless accusations, but its pretty clear that it is happening. The guy sounds like an NYB talking head on every proposal they have anything to do with. Its hard to believe that someone actually buys into everything they do. Even belo doesnt agree with all of their stuff.
